  Wow! Was staying at the hotel and decided to have dinner in the associated restaurant, not expecting very much. I ordered the slow cooked beef ribs and watched as the three chefs worked together to pump out the meals. One thing I did note was that they had great quality control - the sous chef made the more junior chef restart a meal because it wasn't to standard.
  
  When my meal came, I was absolutely blown away. The beef was tender and flavorsome, and the accompanying coleslaw and polenta were delightful. If I lived in Perth, I would definitely travel here to check out the chef's creations.
